CEM Group has developed a worldwide patented system for drip free chain lubrication and cleaning available in the USA. This lubrication system, called “Gabry” rotary distributor, was developed in order to provide an automatic, stand-alone solution to the problems of chain lubrication.
The device “Gabry” has been purposely designed to lubricate the chain joints with the correct amount of oil, avoiding thus any minimum dripping in the part underneath.
Any contamination risk deriving from the processing and production of food, beverages and pharmaceutical products needs to be eliminated.
The current law in force prescribes the guarantee of the production integrity by means of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system.
CEM patented a chain cleaning system which is able to carry out a perfect cleaning. By installing this system, your company will reach both safety and economical goals.

Chain lubrication has always been a problem and particularly today as any kind of environmental pollution is no more tolerable. This has led our company to develop and patent a system – called “Gabry” rotary distributor – which provides an automatic, stand-alone solution to the problems of chain lubrication.
The correct chain lubrication consists in the application of a film of oil between the metal parts of a chain in order to reduce friction, and therefore wear and elongation.
Our “Gabry” distributor has been designed to apply the right amount of lubricant to each chain joint, between the chain links and between the pin and roller on both sides of the chain.
The system can be used in almost every sector of industry where chains are used as transport or part of a drive system.
As far as machine down-times are concerned, the most impressive results are achieved in pasta factories and industrial bakeries, where high temperature usually makes lubrication a major problem.
An important feature of our “Gabry” system is its ability to lubricate without spoiling either the products closed to the chain or the environment. The distributor can be installed in both a vertical and horizontal position, regardless of oil density.
